The glory of the Butterfly brings to mind the metamorphoses from the plain, I won't say ugly Caterpillar because there is no such thing as ugly in Natures Creations, into one of the most beautiful gentle creatures.

They flutter into my life at the most uncanny times, especially when I am hardest on myself.

Periods of self hatred that I know each human being has experienced one time or another...Some times its a short period and other times it seems endless.

Then out of no where comes the butterfly, the gorgeous creature fluttering with gossamer wings ever so gently reminding me of its beginning.

This particular butterfly is not common in my area, nor do I have flowers in my garden that would attract them..We mainly have the small tiny yellow and white ones, so to have this one appear was something quite unusual. It allowed me to come very close to it and stayed around long enough for me to take as many photos as I wanted to....When I understood the message it had for me, it gently fluttered away.

I know without a shadow of a doubt that we get many signs to help us through the turmoils of life, the butterfly is one of many...

If only we recognised and listened to the messages we receive, our lives would be so much more Peaceful and Loving.

Next time you see a Butterfly, stop, listen and hear the message it has for you. You can bet it has one. .
